KLCII is an acknowledged leader in the field of adult education and training, and a member of the Crestar Education Group - a leading education provider with a network of more than 120 centres in the region providing early years’ care, education and enrichment.

Established in 1988, KLCII started out as a training institute for early childhood teachers. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of high-quality programmes in Early Childhood Care & Education as well as programmes in Business, Chinese as well as English Language studies. Most of these provide a complete academic pathway from certificate, through diploma to degree levels.

All our courses are accredited by and/or conducted in partnership with local government agencies and top overseas institutions such as Beijing Normal University (China) and Zhejiang Normal University (China).

KLCII has been appointed by Skillsfuture Singapore as a programme partner for the Early Childhood Care & Education sector in Singapore. Our Early Childhood programmes are also accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), the regulatory and developmental authority for the early childhood sector in Singapore.
